About Waterford West
Waterford is located halfway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, and has direct connections to plenty of main roads. You're close to Woolies, ADLI, Bunnings, KFC, Zaraffas and more. The neighbourhood is very family friendly and has lots of parks to enjoy!
About Marsden
Marsden is a multicultural suburb in a convenient location in South Brisbane, with great access to parks and recreation, shopping centres and the Logan hospital.
It is positioned only a 40 min drive to Brisbane CBD, 1 hr away from popular Gold Coast beaches, 40 mins to the rainforests of Mount Tambourine, and a short drive inland away from Australian bushland which boasts an array of creeks and nature walks. Marsden is close to an array of large shopping centres including Grand Plaza and Hyperdome and Westfield shopping centre's Garden City and Carindale are only a 25-30 min drive away.
