Support Coordination & Specialist Support Coordination
Direct Care are experienced NDIS Support Coordinators who will work with individuals to ensure they get the most out of their NDIS plan to achieve their individual goals. We can recommend appropriate service providers and allied health professionals in accordance with an individual NDIS plan.
24/7 Supported Independent Living
Direct Care Australia provides live-in home assistance to people with disabilities in households across Australia, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services include the provision of a support worker to assist an individual with showering, getting ready for the day, administering medication, preparing meals, transportation and other aspects of daily life.
Complex & High-Intensity Support
Direct Care Australia assists people with permanent disabilities who require long-term, complex and high-intensity care. Our helpers can assist you through a variety of personalised services, including daily living tasks, social and community participation and domestic support with the help of the NDIS.
Overnight – Active and Passive Support
Direct Care Australia provides overnight personal assistance to help an individual remain safe and comfortable, including assistance with getting in and out of bed, repositioning, medication and pain management and any other needs that may occur. Our team also offers passive support overnight, which means that we will be available to help if and when needed.
Personal care is essential to independent living at home, which is why we offer bathing, showering, dressing, toileting, mobility, transfer in and out of bed, assistance in using continence aids and appliances, and continence management. Our team is highly professional in this sensitive area and will work with you to ensure your privacy, dignity and comfort at all times.
