Direct Care Australia has been assisting people with disabilities for over 25 years. We work with individuals to help them develop life skills and confidence so they can live a positive life. Our goal is to promote social inclusion for people with disabilities and help them reach their potential. Direct Care Australia is a registered NDIS Disability Support Provider providing our services throughout Australia.

We provide 24/7 support through a Supported Independent Living Plan (SIL), Behaviour Support, Nursing or Support Coordination and Plan Management. Our skilled and experienced team members collaborate closely with each individual to develop a support plan that meets their specific needs and goals. Your NDIS goals are our goals and we work closely with you to achieve them while also preparing you for your NDIS Plan review each year so that you get the most out of your NDIS funding and supports.
