Direct Care Australia was founded in Adelaide 25+ years ago with the aim to provide high-quality in-home care to people with disabilities and their families. We operate throughout Australia, with a focus on South Australia, Queensland and New South Wales. Since our inception, we have built a solid reputation for providing high-quality aged care and disability support to people who need it most.

You can be confident that they have been thoroughly referenced, that their backgrounds have been checked and that they always carry photographic identification.
Support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
We are available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. Services are easily obtainable within 24 hours and our adaptability allows us to assist you on an emergency or one-time basis. If you want a service 'holiday', we can put your services on hold until you are ready to resume them. If you travel within Australia, your services will be free of charge. We will make arrangements for our local teams to continue providing services as usual. We provide care and support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, Australia-wide.
