Care Management
is a fixed daily charge which covers the cost of managing your services, including:
regular care plan reviews, coordinating and scheduling services, reviewing services to make sure care is safe and appropriate.
Package Management
is a fixed daily charge which covers the cost of providing a package of care and services, including:
preparing budgets and monthly statements, compliance and quality assurance activities, managing package funds etc.

General Terms and Conditions:
- Direct Care Australia may not be able to directly provide some services in selected areas but will arrange alternate providers in these circumstances
- Equipment hire/purchase and home modification: pricing determined at the time of quote and agreed by you.
- Fees will be reviewed annually and may be subject to change. We will give you 14 days written notice of any changes to our fees.
Monthly Statements:
will be sent to your and/or your nominated representative each month.
Cancellation / Reschedule Fee
- No fee for services cancelled or rescheduled at least with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- 50% charge for cancellations or reschedules within 48- and 24-hours’ notice.
- Full charge for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled shift.
