Ongoing monitoring

Our Direct Care Australia Executive, Risk Management and COVID-19 Response Team have been working to make sure we are well prepared and that our plans are flexible enough to pivot as required. We meet daily to reassess the situation and share best practices and protocols in line with strict guidance with the advice provided by the Australian Government Department of Health and other regulatory Federal, State and International bodies.

Safety commitment

In addition to following the authority’s guidelines Direct Care Australia have introduced additional measures to reduce the risk to our team by encouraging many to work remotely where appropriate and by encouraging our staff to follow stringent infection control practices, social distancing protocols and to remain informed on a daily basis.

Our commitment to the people we support everywhere will remain unchanged. We will continue to provide consistent and safe services in the community and we remain accessible and ready to assist you with any challenges that COVID-19 presents for the people you support.
